Biography
Building on a 25-year career in community development and real estate finance, Beth leads resource development and is an Executive Vice President at LISC, the nation’s largest community development non-profit. LISC annually delivers over $1 billion in grants, loans, and equity to increase opportunity in urban and rural communities. Her recent work has focused on the COVID Rapid Relief and Resiliency Fund, that provided nearly $250 million in grants to thousands of minorities and women owned small businesses and Project 10X, a $1 billion, ten-year initiative dedicated to closing the racial wealth, health and opportunity gap. 

Beth enjoys work that allows her to combine her knowledge of finance and social impact investing with program strategy. Prior to her current role, Beth served as Chief Credit Officer at LISC, working with community-based organizations to access the capital necessary to create assets including affordable housing, childcare, charter schools and community health clinics.

During her career, she has worked in various roles for community-based non-profits and for public and quasi-public entities at the local and state level. She has a B.A. from Hampshire College and a M.A. in City Planning from MIT, has spent her adult life living and working in Boston and NYC, and is proud to hail from Atlanta.
