Biography
Olavo Setubal holds a degree in in Public Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas, where he was engaged with development and international relations studies. During the last year of his undergraduate program he was awarded Best Undergraduate Research Paper for his research on the influence of the printed media regarding the public opinion polls of mayor Fernando Haddad’s Administration.
He worked in Itaú Unibanco for two and a half years in the trainee program. In his first year, he worked in Human Resources, in the Culture and Employee Experience Area. Then he wanted to take a closer view into the Retail Banking Business, where he spent one and a half years, encompassing several areas, most of them related to digital business and financial inclusion.
He went on a journey for impact joining Primavera X team with Edgard Gouveia Jr looking for technological solutions to enhance the Jornada X game experience to expand the restoring impact on the environment.
He is now working at QuintoAndar in the products team looking for new challenges and experiences.
Furthermore, he has an active role into his family governance activities, participating in his father foundation (FJLES) and into the Synergos Latin America's Circle. He lives in São Paulo, Brazil.
