Let’s celebrate leadership that gets to root causes, strengthens local capacity, and builds trust for collective action.
The 2022 Bridging Leadership Award honorees are:
Bridging leadership represents a movement away from less-inclusive forms of decision-making that have dominated much of human history. It’s the form of leadership needed to address the challenges we all face together.
Just over 200 philanthropists, social investors, and business, government, activists, and nonprofit leaders from around the world gathered in community to explore this form of leadership.
We heard from our honorees and shared our own ideas and stories about creating positive change on issues of climate and sustainability, social justice, poverty, peace, and inclusion.
