When our food systems fail...our environment, education and economies fail...

Why are we gathering?

Feeding a growing global population while protecting the vital natural systems which sustain life on this planet is one of the defining challenges of our times. There is a pressing need to accelerate action towards a more sustainable, equitable, and healthier food system.

Synergos cordially invites you to join us as we collectively explore how to support global food system transformation. This retreat will cover topics of nutrition / health, urban gardens / growing healthy food to counteract disease and food justice.

Led by Synergos Chair Peggy Dulany, this opportunity of engagement will also bring together members of our Shifting the Food System Collaborative Community with a wider network of activists that are active in their initiatives on sustainable agriculture, food justice and human health.
